What We Believe
A High View of God
We believe in one triune God who created everything. He is perfect, holy, just, gracious, sovereign... and a thousand other magnificent things described in Scripture! He ought to be worshipped, loved, feared, obeyed, and delighted in.

The Short Version

A High View of Scripture
We believe scripture is infallible, inspired, inerrant in its original documents, and God’s chosen means of communicating the message of salvation and sanctification. It contains everything that a person needs to live a life of Godliness.

A Humble View of Man
We believe that mankind is sinful, and that sin has separated him from God. Disqualified from the perfect standard of heaven, each person deserves to face the justice of God in hell. Yet despite our sinfulness, the Creator values and loves each one of his creations enough to provide, at great cost to Himself, a means of salvation.

An Honored View of Family & the Local Church
We believe that God, in His wisdom, instituted the family as a beautiful picture of the gospel and entrusted to parents the task of raising their children to love and fear the Lord. We likewise believe that God’s primary institution for encouraging and edifying his people is the local church.

Whether or not you align with us on every point of doctrine, if you highly esteem the Bible, then we invite you to join us in memorizing it! Through immersion in His Word, we pray that all of us will become humble students of God in all of his grandeur!

A Central View of the Gospel
We believe that God became flesh, and, in the person of Jesus, swapped places with the sinner; taking upon himself the just wrath of God, and offering to others his earned entrance to heaven. He calls all people to repent (turn from their sin), believe (fully surrender). He rose from the dead, proving that the punishment for sin has been paid, and the King of all will return one day to eliminate sin, make everything right, and reward His people.
